- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Joe and his staff are INCREDIBLY nice....but my husband and I felt the staff wasn't reliable. We didn't trust that our requests were addressed accurately or in a timely manner. The rates were great, but I think we just prefer an online experience, where we can see our policy and be sure things are how we want them.
